IF You Can Take It... You Can Make It One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, after some time he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He was shaking the dirt off and taking a step up. As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, He was shaking the dirt off and taking a step up… and he continued to do so.  Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donk

BREAK THE CHAINS This is a story about how important is being persistent and never give up, no matter how many failures you have experienced in the past. A man was spending his holiday in Africa. One day he watched the elephants passing by. To his great surprise these giant strong animals were being held only by a small rope, tied to their front leg. Obviously, they could easily run away any moment. However, they did not. Then he saw a trainer and asked him, how could this happen that not a single elephant makes an attempt to break free. The trainer explained: When the elephants are very young, we use the same size rope to tie them, and at that time it is enough to hold them. Gradually they grow up, get stronger, nevertheless they never try to get away, as they believe that the rope will still hold them. In this process, They learn to be helpless and stops exerting pressure and decides to live with reality. अगर   कोई   उस   हाथी   को   कान   मे   जा   के   बोल   द

Strong people don ’ t put others down … . they lift them up A group of frogs was traveling through the woods, and two of them fell into a   deep   pit . All the other frogs gathered around the pit. When they saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead. The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump out of the pit with all of their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up. He fell down and died. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time. There is power of life and death in the tongue. An enc

LFE is a BANK ACCOUNT

Every second is an Opportunity                   Imagine there is a bank, which credits your account each morning with Rs 86,400, carries over no balance from day to day, allows you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every penny, of course! Well, everyone has such a bank. Its name is Time. Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the records of the day. If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours. There is no going back. There is no drawing against the "tomorrow." Therefore, there is never not enough time or too much time. Time management is decided by us alone and nobody else. It is never the case of us not havi

We all are born LIMITLESS..

THE BUMBLEBEE We all have seen bumble bee. Bumblebees have round heavy body covered with soft hair and it also has tiny wings. According to scientists, the bumblebee's body is too heavy and its wing span too small. Aerodynamically, the bumblebee cannot fly. But bumblebee’s refused to accept their limitations (bumblebee doesn't know that and it keeps flying) It flies in spite of what it’s been told to it cannot do. They believe in their strength. When you don't know your limitations, you go out and surprise yourself. In hindsight, you wonder if you had any limitations. The only limitations a person has are those that are self-imposed. Don't let anyone put limitations on you. We all are born limitless. We see so many people around us for whom it was not possible to be at the place where they are today but still they reached that place because they had a strong believe in themselves. So,  Work Hard and Stay BUMBLE Yes it’s Possible

When we face obstacles in our day-to-day life, our hurdles seem very small in comparison to what many others have to face! This is a real life story of engineer John Roebling building the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, USA back in 1870. The bridge was completed in 1883, after 13 years. In 1883, a creative engineer named John Roebling was inspired by an idea to build a spectacular bridge connecting New York with the Long Island. However bridge building experts throughout the world thought that this was an impossible feat and told Roebling to forget the idea. It just could not be done. It was not practical. It had never been done before.  Roebling could not ignore the vision he had in his mind of this bridge. He thought about it all the time and he knew deep in his heart that it could be done. He just had to share the dream with someone else. After much discussion and persuasion he managed to convince his son Washington, an up and coming engineer, that the bridge in fact co

It's about how hard you can take..   Sylvester Stallone's story is a true rags to riches tale. He rose from an almost impossible situation to the fame and fortune that he now enjoys. No matter what circumstances you may find yourself in, there is always a way to turn things around if you're committed.                     Stallone attended school in suburban Philadelphia where he first started acting. He then spent two years instructing at the American college of Switzerland in Geneva. When he arrived back in the United States he became a drama major at the University of Miami where he also began to write. He left college before graduation and moved to New York to pursue his acting career. He auditioned for almost every casting agent in town with no success. He decided to turn more towards writing and wrote many screenplays while waiting for his acting career to blossom. In 1974 he got a break as one of the leads in "The Lords of Flatbush". He a

You might have heard this interesting story, it’s about a man who wanted to know the secret of success, and decided to find out from a Guru. Now this was a wise, old sage who knew every secret of Life. He lived in splendid isolation on a mountain-top.  This man was determined to reach the top, and so he got over many obstacles on his way. Fighting through thick forests, scaling huge boulders, escaping from wild beasts, at last he clambered to the peak and lay on the ground, gasping for breath. A few minutes later, he sat up… and beheld the Guru seated in deep meditation. Silently, he waited. Almost an hour later, the Guru opened his eyes and glanced at the man. The man stammered, "I come to you in search of the secret of success.” The Guru told him, u want secrets of success then meet me at 4 am in the morning at nearby lake. The very next day man reached the lake in the morning now guru told him to walk in the lake and he started walking, he was in the
